Who we are
Founded by physicians, for physicians.
The Alliance began with a simple observation: physicians across North Texas were doing extraordinary work in isolation from one another. There was no directory, no referral network, no shared calendar — and no structured way for the next generation to learn from the current one.
Today the Alliance runs continuing education, places students into observerships with practicing physicians, and holds free health fairs in the communities that need them most. All of it is volunteer-led.
